Sentinel Field Services provides preservation and maintenance services to residential properties throughout our western regional area. The physical completion of this work is performed by our network of qualified vendors. Below are examples of services Sentinel contracts with its vendor network. Anyone interested in becoming a vendor for Sentinel must have the ability to complete all of the below services:

HUD - LEAD BASED PAINT VENDOR APPLICATION >>
Sentinel Field Services, Inc. (SFS) is pleased to announce that we have signed four separate, five-year agreements with HUD to serve as the sole supplier of a wide range of Field Service Management (FSM) services in two HUD territories covering 7 states as follows:
- Territory 4D (IA, NE, SD, WI)
- Territory 5D (MN, MT, ND, WY)
- Territory 5S (CA, HI)
- Territory 6S (AK, OR, WA)
Previously, there were multiple FSM companies supplying services to HUD in these territories. That means SFS will now be managing 100% of the HUD volumes for the above states and a greater volume of work than any prior firm. This is big news for our company, employees and field vendor partners because it assures us of very high volumes of work for many years.
We anticipate work orders starting for the above states as early as December 1, 2012. There is an immediate need to start screening and evaluating vendors, perform background checks and other steps to qualify, select and train vendors in these territories and time is of the essence. All vendors interested in supplying field services in the states above (including current SFS vendors) are encouraged to visit our HUD Announcement page then click “Vendor Questionnaire” at the bottom to supply us with information regarding your HUD field service capabilities. A link to the HUD Questionnaire is also available in the “Careers” section of our website. When completing the questions about service prices, please keep in mind that work volumes for those selected will likely be greater than past volumes by prior FSM’s. Preference will be given to vendors who can demonstrate prior HUD experience. We also will soon be adding position descriptions for numerous employee positions needed internally to assist us in fulfilling the HUD contract, so please check our Careers section frequently.
SFS utilizes Six Sigma quality processes and reviews all photos of field work performed - which requires vendors to not only provide high quality field services efficiently and on-time, but also requires the submission of digital photographs to demonstrate that all work was completed pursuant to our quality standards. We encourage interested vendors to talk with others to confirm our good reputation and prompt payment, which is via direct deposit every two weeks. This year, our firm provided the keynote address at the national conference of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and copies of that presentation are available here.
